Role Overview We?re seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to lead the implementation, and scale-up of our internal and external system integrations with Data and Analytics solutions. You?ll design how data flows across critical business systems enabling real-time visibility, automation, and operational efficiency across teams. This is a strategic technical role for someone who thrives on stitching complex systems together, ensuring data reliability, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable, secure integration architectures. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations: requirements gathering, system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation Architect scalable integration frameworks and reusable patterns using iPaaS platforms or custom microservices Lead integration projects across teams (RevOps, Finance, Product, Engineering) to automate workflows and improve data consistency Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs Partner with security and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and auditability of integration workflows Develop internal tooling or SDKs for integration reliability, schema validation, and transformation To Be Successful You Will Need To Have 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles Deep experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms Strong hands-on skills with tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting and integration logic Experience designing for idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability in data syncs Excellent communication and project delivery skills; able to translate technical details into business value Tools You May Work With iPaaS / Integration Tools: Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, Make, Boomi, Segment Languages / APIs: Python, Node.js, REST/GraphQL, Postman, OAuth2 Data Tools : BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow Observability & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Datadog, Sentry, PagerDuty Bonus Experience Built or scaled a centralized integration platform or service catalog Worked on finance data syncing Familiarity with data governance, SOC2, or GDPR workflows Experience enabling self-serve integration workflows or building internal tooling for automation Benefits A Global & Dynamic Team Remote Work Friendly After submitting your application, please check your inbox for a confirmation email.
