What You?ll Do: We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with more than 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and business insights . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve business decisions. Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Perform data validation, statistical analysis, and generate actionable insights. Work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, finance) to define metrics and KPIs. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows using Python, SQL, or Excel macros. Translate business problems into analytical solutions. Present insights and data stories to leadership in a clear, concise manner. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and warehouse efficiency. What We?re Looking For: Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization). Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, macros). Working knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and automation. Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Presto). Strong understanding of data modeling , ETL processes , and relational databases . Good knowledge of statistics and experience applying it to business problems.
