About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data analysis, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business problem-solving initiatives
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SQL
• Python
• Power BI and/or Tableau
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and transformation techniques
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization best practices

• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)

• Experience in an analytics services or consulting environment
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
