- Cash Tally with nil outstanding on a daily basis. (FOR WALK IN only)
- Weighing scale calibration and its record keeping before 10am.
- Maintaining adequate Stocks of flyers / smart boxes / easy express boxes at all times via ordering process from Store side. (verifying SOP to be automated)
- Ensuring 5S Retail Brand guidelines are followed. Proactive measure taken to resolve any issue related to Upkeep.
- Ensure Uniform Cleanliness and Personal grooming is maintained
- Maintain NPS scores
- Growth on Revenue, Shipments, Intl for the Year, TDD, CCE and SMART box
- Not in active PIP or under disciplinary action.
- Minimum educational qualification graduation in any stream.
