Role Overview

SEED Infotech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Counsellor SAP Vertical to drive admissions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-ins, converting leads into walk-ins, and ensuring successful admissions while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and attend to walk-in inquiries , providing detailed counselling about SAP courses and career opportunities
  • Convert leads into walk-ins through regular follow-ups (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Drive end-to-end admission process from counselling to enrolment
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and track leads in CRM/tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents
  • Provide accurate information on SAP certifications, course structure, and career prospects
  • Coordinate with internal teams (training, placement, operations) for smooth student onboarding
  • Conduct tele-counselling and online counselling sessions when required
  • Generate referrals and repeat business through effective engagement

Key Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in education counselling / sales (preferably IT or SAP domain)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling walk-ins and lead conversion
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office AI Tools

  • Knowledge of SAP courses / IT training industry (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
