Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, versatile Senior Content Writer who can create high-impact content across SEO, social media, and performance marketing. You should understand how content drives traffic, engagement, and conversions, and be able to write for all three purposes without compromising quality or brand voice.

Experience in the EdTech, Healthcare, or Education domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Content

• Research, plan, and write long-form SEO blogs, guides, and pillar pages.
• Manage the editorial calendar aligned with SEO strategy.
• Write and optimize website copy, including service pages, landing pages, FAQs, and meta descriptions.
• Follow E-E-A-T and Helpful Content guidelines.

Social Media Content

• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel content, reel scripts, and story copy.
• Build content themes around the NEET counselling calendar and student milestones.

Performance Marketing Copy

• Write high-converting ad copy for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct A/B testing of headlines, body copy, and CTAs in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
• Create email sequences, WhatsApp campaigns, and lead nurturing content.

Brand & Thought Leadership

• Write founder articles, case studies, and success stories.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional content writing experience across multiple formats.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted writing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, and Notion AI.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SurferSEO, Clearscope, SEMrush Content, Grammarly, and Hemingway.
• Excellent written English and the ability to write for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of keyword intent, content funnels, SEO, and conversion copywriting.
• Experience in the EdTech, Healthcare, or Education sector is highly preferred.

Critical Requirement

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer with proven agency-level experience and a strong leadership background, including hands-on experience managing and mentoring a team of at least 4–5 content writers.
