Job Title: Content Writer / UX Writer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer / UX Writer to craft clear, engaging, and user-centric content across our digital platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and SEO teams to create content that enhances the user experience, drives engagement, and improves conversion rates. The ideal candidate is passionate about simplifying complex concepts into intuitive, customer-friendly communication while ensuring content is optimized for search engines and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and compelling content for:
• Website pages (landing pages, product pages, feature pages)
• User journeys (CTAs, tooltips, nudges, error messages, empty states, onboarding flows)
• CRM channels including Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging
• Blogs, FAQs, Help Center articles, and knowledge base content
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to create seamless user experiences.
• Simplify complex concepts, especially financial and insurance-related topics, into easy-to-understand, user-friendly content.
• Develop content tailored to different user personas and stages of the customer journey.
• Create multiple content variations to support A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and readability.
• Conduct keyword research and create SEO-friendly content that improves organic search rankings.
• Optimize website content using on-page SEO best practices, including keyword placement, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
• Work closely with the SEO team to identify content opportunities based on search trends and user intent.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and user behavior.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing, UX Writing, Copywriting, or Digital Content.
• Excellent command of written English with a strong focus on clarity, brevity, and grammar.
• Experience writing both long-form content (blogs, landing pages, articles) and short-form content (CTAs, tooltips, notifications, microcopy).
• Understanding of UX writing principles and conversion-focused content creation.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, search intent, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet companies.
• Understanding of customer journeys and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, or Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web content publishing is an added advantage.
