Role Overview: As a Technical Content Writer at DASH Technologies, you will craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that communicates complex ideas to diverse audiences in Healthcare and MedTech. You?ll help elevate DASH?s brand, strengthen our digital presence, and position the company as a trusted industry thought leader. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on Healthcare and MedTech technology topics to produce accurate and relevant content. Write, edit, and proofread a variety of materials ? including blogs, white papers, service line descriptions, case studies, eBooks, and ad copy . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, and leadership) to shape content strategy aligned with business goals. Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement. Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content. Develop scripts for videos and other multimedia content , including service offerings and testimonials. Maintain adherence to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. Stay current with industry trends, MedTech regulations, and best practices in technical communication. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 5?8 years of experience in technical or content writing within technology or digital services ? Healthcare/MedTech domain experience preferred. Strong grasp of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled in storytelling and scripting for video or digital campaigns. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with SEO and content optimization principles. Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and time management.
