Role Description The Senior Content Writer will lead content creation and strategy for digital channels, including websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and marketing collateral. This full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode involves planning and producing high-quality, audience-focused content that showcases Aufait’s products, services, and thought leadership in digital transformation and enterprise solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry topics, collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams, developing content calendars, and ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency. The Senior Content Writer will refine and optimize existing content, support SEO and lead-generation initiatives, and maintain high editorial standards through careful review and proofreading. The role also includes mentoring junior writers, contributing to content guidelines, and aligning all content with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and technically accurate material.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan content roadmaps and develop insight-driven narratives.
• Candidates should possess Proofreading and editing capabilities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing and SEO principles to optimize content for discoverability and conversion.
• Candidates should possess excellent command of written English and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess 4+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in IT, software, or B2B technology domains.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
