Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer Location: Gurgram Experience Level: 10 - 15 Years Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms, automation, and CI/CD . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure to support modern application delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support cloud-based applications and infrastructure on AWS / Azure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. Develop automation scripts and infrastructure components using Python, Groovy, and Shell scripting. Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub workflows. Work closely with development and DevOps teams to implement best practices in deployment, monitoring, and scalability. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and developer productivity. Ensure platform reliability, availability, and cost efficiency through proactive monitoring and optimization. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with AWS / Azure cloud services. Proven experience in application development and support. Hands-on expertise with Linux, Scripting, and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins). Proficiency in Python and Groovy programming. Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub, and Ansible. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Open and innovative mindset with the ability to influence and drive change. Desirable Skills Experience with Shell scripting. Exposure to DevOps and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Monitoring and Logging tools such as Splunk. Hands-on experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
