About You Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure VMs, App Services, Networking (VNets, VPNs, NSG, etc.), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Functions, etc. Strong knowledge of Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM) and role-based access control (RBAC). Familiarity with Azure CLI, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools like ARM templates or Terraform. Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Backup solutions. Understanding of networking concepts like DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configurations in the Azure context. Previous experience in incident management, troubleshooting cloud-related issues, and providing customer support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a complex Azure environment. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) are preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with third-party Azure management tools or integrations. Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is a plus. Experience working in an ITIL-based environment or similar frameworks. Education And Experience Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience working in a cloud support or system administrator role with hands-on experience in Azure environments. What You ?ll Do Provide Level 2 support for issues related to Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and other Azure services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and security policies. Collaborate with Level 1 support and Level 3 engineering teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor system performance using Azure monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure incident management and problem resolution follows best practices and SLAs. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and assist in implementing long-term solutions. Provide documentation and knowledge base articles to support both end users and IT teams. Assist in Azure migrations, backup/restore activities, and other project-based tasks as required. Help with security audits, compliance assessments, and disaster recovery planning for Azure workloads. What We Offer Insurance ?
