This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll drive city-level & manage supply and fleet operation, improve on-ground service quality, and scale execution using real-time insights and data.

First focus is operational excellence for your set of cities - this involves selection and training of new partners and improving current partners' quality. This is the crux and main focus of the role. It is an operations-heavy role

If you’ve worked in #fleet management, field ops, onboarding, or scaling ground teams — this is your opportunity to build systems from scratch and deliver outcomes that matter. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and central teams to shape one of UC’s most promising categories.

We’re looking for someone with:

✔️ 2–4 years in fast-paced ops roles (Startups, E-Com, FMCG preferred)

Someone who enjoys being on the ground, building systems, and driving real-world impact

✔️ Experience with hashtag#fleetops, hashtag#onboarding, or service delivery strategy

✔️ Hustler mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
