Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a CAE/CAX Developer with strong hands-on experience in CAD/CAE design, automation, and customization using tools like CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansys, Nastran, LS-Dyna , and scripting languages. This role involves developing automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting engineering applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize CAD/CAE applications using CAA, CATScript, NX Open, TCL-TK, PCL, Ansys APDL . Automate design workflows and integrate with PLM systems . Troubleshoot and resolve engineering application issues ; ensure SLA adherence. Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain CAD/CAE environments . Work on Agile methodology and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Required Skills Strong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansys). Proficiency in CAA, CATScript, NX Open, TCL-TK, PCL, VB.Net, C#, C++ . Knowledge of Agile methodology and cloud platforms . Qualifications Bachelor?s/Master?s in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science , or related field. 5?12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization . Please note: These positions are not fully remote. Selected candidates will be required to work from an Infosys office near their current location.
