About The Role

In this role, you’ll provide essential commercial and administrative support to the buying team, helping to drive performance across the category. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with general run rate ordering and pricing activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis to ensure we're always ahead of the game.
• Manage product set-up to provide customers with essential technical information.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams for efficient returns management.
• Conduct daily analysis of the Trading suite to monitor performance.
• Provide general commercial administration support to Buyers and Senior Buyers.

• Commercial curiosity with a genuine interest in retail and e-commerce.
• A confident analytical thinker with strong numerical ability.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving, change-driven environment.
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience as a Buying Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently.
