Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Gurugram, with a compensation of up to 6.5 LPA. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities across key real estate segments, build and manage strategic relationships with developers, financial institutions, and other partners, and drive revenue growth through structured sales initiatives. The role involves leading end-to-end deal cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing, as well as coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. The individual will analyze market trends, prepare business plans and forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement, ideally with developers, financial institutions, or real estate partners.
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including market research, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and closing complex deals.
  • Understanding of the real estate, proptech, or financial services sector; prior experience in these industries is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
