The Role
We are looking for a highly driven enterprise hunter who enjoys creating opportunities, opening new accounts, running discovery conversations, and closing business.
This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role.
The successful candidate will personally build pipeline, engage prospects, manage opportunities, and close enterprise business across our CX and Identity portfolio.
This role does not initially involve team management responsibilities.
You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team and have significant autonomy in building and growing enterprise business.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new enterprise customers globally
- Build target account lists across priority verticals
- Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and networking
- Engage decision-makers across business, product, technology, and customer experience functions
Discovery & Solution Selling
- Understand customer challenges across:
- Customer engagement
- Customer communication
- Digital onboarding
- Authentication
- Fraud prevention
- Identity verification
- Position relevant U2opia solutions to solve business problems
Opportunity Management
- Own opportunities from first contact through commercial closure
- Coordinate demonstrations, workshops, pilots, and commercial discussions
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline visibility
- Build account plans and growth opportunities
Market Development
- Identify emerging use cases and customer requirements
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams
- Help shape future go-to-market initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 5–12 years in:
- Enterprise Software Sales
- CPaaS
- SaaS
- APIs
- WhatsApp Business Solutions
- Identity & Verification
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Solutions
- Enterprise Technology
Skills
- Strong hunting and prospecting mindset
- Experience closing enterprise technology deals
- Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating independently
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
Preferred

- Consistent pipeline creation across global markets
