About the Role

This is a pure hunter role focused on generating new business opportunities within the US staffing and workforce solutions market.


If you're someone who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and consistently creating qualified sales opportunities, this role is for you.


This is not an account management or client farming position. Your primary focus will be identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.


What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify staffing and workforce opportunities across IT, Professional Services, Engineering, and other industries.
  • Develop strategic outreach campaigns to acquire new logos.
  • Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to position TalentBridge's capabilities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity, meeting, and revenue targets.


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of business development experience within the US Staffing or Workforce Solutions industry.
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients through outbound sales.
  • Strong cold-calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
  • Experience selling staffing, recruitment, RPO, MSP, or workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and highly target-oriented.
  • Experience working with or selling into MSP programs is highly preferred.
  • Existing network or relationships within the US staffing ecosystem will be an added advantage.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with VMS/MSP environments.
  • Knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle and contingent workforce programs.
  • Ability to work independently during US EST business hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as ZoomInfo, JobDiva, HubSpot, or similar.
