Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Delhi, India. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, business planning, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on organizational goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Expertise in Market Research, Planning, and Data Analysis Ability to negotiate effectively and manage contracts Proficiency in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
