Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, developing strategic business plans, managing client negotiations, and overseeing project proposals and tenders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and providing regular progress updates. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Strategy, and Client Relationship Management Experience in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Identifying Business Opportunities Proficiency in Negotiations and Contract Management Excellent Project Proposal Writing and Bid Management capabilities Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead teams effectively Bachelor?s degree in BE-Civil and Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master?s degree is a plus) 15 Years Professional experience in the construction industry Minimum preferred. Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid setup
