Mandatory requirements for applicants (non-negotiable)
- 3-7 years of work experience.
- Candidates with exposure to the energy industry will be strongly preferred.
- Strong financial modelling expertise with advanced, hands-on proficiency in Excel is essential.
Major Responsibilities
- Continuously scan for emerging technologies and business solutions relevant to Green Hydrogen and its derivatives.
- Understand the technical capabilities, use cases, maturity, integration requirements and limitations of new technologies or solutions.
- Carry out techno-commercial analyses of new solutions as compared to existing solutions, including financial modelling, benchmarking and business case development.
- Identify, evaluate and execute suitable partnership opportunities for viable solutions with technology providers, EPC partners, OEMs and other ecosystem players.
- Pitch solutions in the market, generate qualified leads and support the movement of opportunities through the commercial funnel to contract conversion.
- Support tendering, client management and proposal development, including bid inputs, coordination and commercial documentation.
- Create implementation plans and go-to-market possibilities for chosen solutions, including delivery models, commercial structures and risk considerations.
- Support senior management in developing new business plans, strategic growth priorities and market entry initiatives.

Qualification:
- Engineering degree from a premier state / national university
- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School
