Volks Energie is an energy infrastructure EPC company executing HVAC, solar, UPS, and battery/power backup projects across India, with expansion underway into Nepal. We are brand-agnostic — we quote and execute as per the client's approved vendor list, competing on engineering, price, and execution quality.


The Role

You will own Volks Energie's relationships with HVAC/MEP consultants, architects, PMCs, and turnkey civil contractors. Your core mandate is simple: ensure Volks Energie receives project enquiries, BOQs, and approved make lists at the pre-tender stage, and gets invited to bid on HVAC projects — and then open the door for our solar, UPS, and battery offerings as supplementary conversations with the same decision-makers.

This is a specification-ecosystem role, not a product-approval role. We are not asking you to get a brand approved; we are asking you to make sure every relevant HVAC project enquiry in your territory lands on our desk.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain active relationships with HVAC/MEP consultants, architecture firms, PMCs, and turnkey contractors in Delhi NCR and assigned territories
  • Track upcoming commercial, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial projects at the design stage; map the consultant and contractor on each
  • Secure enquiries, BOQs, tender documents, and approved make lists for HVAC works (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducting, ventilation, AHUs, low-side and high-side works)
  • Get Volks Energie empanelled / added to bidder lists with consultants, PMCs, and large contractors
  • Introduce and generate enquiries for solar rooftop, UPS, and battery/energy storage solutions with the same client and consultant base
  • Coordinate with the estimation team on techno-commercial submissions; support negotiation and follow-up through order closure
  • Maintain a live project pipeline tracker (project, consultant, stage, BOQ status, bid status) and report weekly
  • Mentor and guide junior BD executives; help build the BD function's processes and territory plans

  • What We're Looking For
    • 7–10 years in project sales / BD in the HVAC industry — with an HVAC contractor, MEP EPC firm, or the projects division of an HVAC OEM
    • Demonstrated, verifiable relationships with HVAC/MEP consultants and architects in Delhi NCR — you should be able to name the consultants you work with and offer references
    • Proven track record of generating pre-tender enquiries and getting your company onto bidder lists
    • Working knowledge of HVAC systems and BOQs (tonnage, TR, chilled water vs. VRF, low-side/high-side scope) sufficient to hold a technical first conversation
    • Exposure to solar, UPS, or electrical projects is a strong plus
    • Self-driven field operator comfortable with 15+ external meetings per week
    • Own vehicle preferred; fluent Hindi and English


    Compensation & Incentives
    • Fixed: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000/month depending on experience and relationship depth
    • Quarterly incentives linked to: (a) qualified enquiries/BOQs received, (b) new consultant/contractor empanelments, (c) order value booked from your pipeline
    • Conveyance and mobile reimbursement for field work


    Selection Process

    Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present a 90-day territory plan naming the specific consultant and contractor firms they would activate, and to provide 2–3 consultant references prior to offer.
