We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting business growth in the IT services sector.

• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
• Generate leads through various channels such as upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
• Engage with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, client outreach, and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated success in lead conversion and business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
