Senior Business Development Executive

At Studio AsA/Tiace, we build lasting client relationships and drive growth through strategic partnerships. We're looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve business targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience handling B2B clients and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
