Senior Business Analyst/Quality Analyst- Credit Cards

Location : Pune, Gurgaon

Job Summary

Experienced Business Analyst / Quality Analyst with deep expertise in the Credit Card Issuing domain and hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules. The ideal candidate will support requirement analysis, functional validation, and end-to-end testing across VisionPLUS systems, ensuring seamless delivery of card operations and technology enhancements.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and test scenarios.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across key VisionPLUS modules including CMS, LMS, and TRAMS.
• Perform Functional, SIT, and UAT testing activities, ensuring coverage across all business flows.
• Validate EOD/EOM batch runs, statement generation, and billing cycles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and retesting for production defects or change requests.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and documentation best practices

Mandatory skills

• Strong expertise in the Credit Card Issuing domain (products, lifecycle, operations).
• Hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules:

CMS (Card Management System)

LMS (Loyalty Management System)

TRAMS (Transaction Management System

• Solid understanding of functional testing, SIT, and UAT processes.
• Strong capability in requirement analysis, business validation, and defect management.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Desired skills

• Exposure to Visa / Mastercard authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 transaction message formats.
• Familiarity with mainframe systems, JCL, and batch job processing.
• Basic understanding of payment switch flows and card transaction lifecycles
