Job Scope :

Senior Business Analyst & Automation Lead

The Senior Business Analyst & Automation Lead will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of assigned projects. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure system solutions align with defined business processes and compliance standards.
• Drive quality assurance activities to ensure solution accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Lead enterprise business, application, and integration architecture initiatives.
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-specification delivery.
• Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation.
• Act as a technical expert and consultant for project-related matters across teams.
• Maintain continuous written and verbal communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Participate in risk assessment processes and contribute to departmental and management system objectives.
• Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout the personal data lifecycle.
• Undertake mandatory and role-specific training as required from time to time.

• Proven experience across the complete end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality assurance practices.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Data Center, IT infrastructure, and Telecom industry landscapes.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and enterprise integration platforms.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, preferably within Data Center / IT / Telecom industries.
