About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Software Solutions

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering requirements, analyzing

business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative

technology solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into

functional and technical requirements.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to capture detailed

requirements.

Process Mapping & Documentation

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.

Solution Design & Validation

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately

implemented.

Validate solutions against business needs and perform gap analysis.Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Create dashboards and reports for business performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or

related field. Masters degree would be good to have.

6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software solutions projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding of various cloud service providers
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and SQL for data analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
