Responsibilities

• Support business analysis and elaboration of requirements for the product backlog of the Dataflow squad
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL as needed
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with IFRS17 and L&H accounting requirements
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions
• Ensure traceability and documentation of data flows and business logic

Requirements

• Strong business analysis background in insurance or reinsurance with 6-10 years of experience
• Experience in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Documentation skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS17 programs or financial reporting systems
• Familiarity with L&H accounting processes and data structures
• Ability to work across technical and business domains
