Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on financial services, particularly wealth management.

You will collaborate closely with product owners to shape the product vision and roadmap while managing requirements and prioritizing features. If you have a strong background in business analysis and financial services, consider applying to contribute to impactful projects and client success.

Responsibilities

Work closely with onsite proxy product owner to grasp product vision and roadmap
Identify product capabilities, features, and functions
Define epics, user stories, and success criteria
Elaborate user stories detailing business logic and expected outcomes
Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback
Track and integrate feedback into the backlog with appropriate prioritization
Engage in incident triaging to resolve business issues
Serve as primary contact for business questions and clarifications

Requirements

Experience of 7 to 9 years in related roles
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Master’s degree in computer science preferred
Seven or more years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
Background in financial services, preferably with wealth management
Skills in product management and business acumen
Proficiency in communication and presentation
Attention to detail
English language skills at an advanced level
