ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be the bridge between our enterprise customers and the engineering team within Adaptive Solutions. You will lead requirements discovery, define integration logic, and translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications — ensuring every solution we build is scoped precisely, feasible technically, and delivered with confidence

.This is a uniquely demanding role at the intersection of business analysis, technical consulting, and customer success. You will be as comfortable mapping an API flow as you are running a requirements workshop with a customer's operations team — and you will have a sharp instinct for identifying what to commit to, and what to flag as a risk
