Duties And Responsibilities
- Change Governance Board (CGB): Managing the CGB involves disclosing the GGB date, revealing capacity, providing a backlog overview, participating in yes/no decisions, and updating all stakeholders on the status of requirements (user stories) after the CGB.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT PMO, COE units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Solution Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
- Scrum Participation: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog creation and retrospectives. Collaborate with the Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
- Capacity Management: Keeping the accounts of available capacity and utilized capacity

- Data Analysis: Analyzing current data to make quick, informed decisions.
- Process Improvement: Implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity in the short term.

- Strategic Planning: Developing long-term strategies to align with the organization’s goals.
- Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various sources.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Balancing the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Time Management: Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Change Management: Adapting to changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Technical Issues: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data analysis tools and software.
- Communication Barriers: Overcoming communication barriers to ensure clear and effective information exchange.
- Documentation: Process, functional document update on regular basis and ensuring the its comply with internal & external team compliance process.
- Project Management: risk analysis and mitigation and putting into senior management.
