Senior Bookkeeper (Accountant) and Reviewer for USA and Canadian CPA Location: Vadodara Employment Type: Full-time About Us NPV Infinity is a fast-growing accounting outsourcing firm working with clients across the USA and Canada. Our services include bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CPA support services. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant Manager to join our team and take charge of managing bookkeeping operations, reviewing team deliverables, and handling client coordination and communication with CPA. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for USA and Canada-based clients. Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for CPA, clients, ensuring timely communication and support. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve queries and deliver reports on time. Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines. Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting. Requirements: Master?s degree in Accounting, CA Inter or Chartered Accountant, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting (USA/Canada experience preferred). Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or other accounting software. Excellent communication and client management skills.
