Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Backend Fullstack Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both backend and frontend components of applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable software solutions and write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to the overall architecture of the product. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development. Expertise in Front-End Development and using technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Strong experience in Software Development, particularly in delivering scalable and reliable solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies and development tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Experience or interest in working on consumer-facing products, particularly in a digital or MarTech context, is an advantage.
