We are seeking highly skilled Senior Backend Engineers (7+ years of experience) to take ownership of key components across our platform. You will collaborate closely with a local engineering team in Pune and work directly with our U.S.-based engineering organization on end-to-end product and system development.

This role offers the opportunity to influence core product architecture while helping establish our second headquarters in Pune—including engineering culture, systems, and best practices.

This role is designed for strong backend generalists with deep specialization in backend systems.

• Strong expertise in Python
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable)

• Backend frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, NuxtJS
• Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Go
• APIs: REST, gRPC, GraphQL
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, SQL/NoSQL systems
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI or similar
