Senior Backend Developer (Java, NodeJS)

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java, Spring Boot and Node.js. Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with external systems, and ensure end-to-end solution quality. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices (SOLID, design patterns, microservices architecture). Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design sessions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments Qualifications Required Skills: Proficiency in Node.js with strong hands-on experience in building applications using Express.js. Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot framework. Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs. Strong experience in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest) and integration testing. Good to have experience on React.js, Redux. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes). Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace). Experience in Agile Scrum/Kanban Healthcare/PBM domain experience is a plus.
