Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with 6+ years of expertise in building scalable, high?performance backend systems, APIs, and integrations. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing backend architecture and collaborating with cross?functional teams to deliver high?quality AI?driven products. Roles & Responsibilities: ?Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices. ? Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend architectures. ? Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and reliability. ? Integrate third?party APIs, messaging systems, and automation tools. ? Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems. ? Implement secure coding practices, error handling, and monitoring. ? Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers. ? Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. ? Write unit, integration, and load tests. Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. ? 6+ years of experience as a Backend or Software Engineer. ? Strong experience in: - Python, Django, FastAPI - Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ or other message brokers ? Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. ? Excellent debugging, problem?solving, and performance optimization skills. ? Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. ? Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.? Preferred Skills: ? Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). ? Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. ? Understanding of asynchronous processing and queue systems. ? Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design. ? Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
