Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

FutureTEC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices across enterprise environments.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on automation, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence on Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments while supporting FutureTEC’s Microsoft partnership and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Implementation

• Deploy and manage Azure-based infrastructure environments
• Configure networking, compute, storage, and identity services
• Ensure scalability, availability, and performance

DevOps & Automation

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows

System Reliability & Optimization

• Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
• Ensure system reliability and operational efficiency

Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Work closely with architects and development teams
• Support implementation of cloud solutions and best practices
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building

Required Certifications (Mandatory)

• AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate

Preferred Certifications (Strong Advantage)

• AZ-400 – Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Candidates with multiple Azure certifications are strongly preferred.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep)
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and system design
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
• Monitoring and logging tools
• Hybrid cloud environments
• Application deployment and modernization
