Job Description We are looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer with 4 ?8 years of overall testing experience , including at least 4 years in automation testing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for Functional, Integration, Regression , and Behavior-Driven Testing (BDD) while ensuring high-quality product releases through strong automation coverage. You must have hands-on experience in API automation and web-based testing using tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, and Gherkin . Strong knowledge of Core Java , along with the ability to write and execute functional and non-functional test cases in an Agile environment , is essential. The role also requires good understanding of Integration Testing , as well as experience with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, CodeBuild, Git, and Maven. Familiarity with automation testing frameworks, bug management systems, and CI/CD processes is important. Role & Responsibilities: Be an integral part of a .com product team, owning end-to-end test activities. Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Behavior-Driven Testing (BDD). Execute Automation Testing for quality control of critical modules and ensure regression & integration coverage through automation. Manage Product Test, Build, and Release cycles effectively. Interact with cross-product teams and collaborate closely with Development and Product Management. Participate from the early stages of product implementations and create test cases specific to each implementation. Follow an Agile approach to Quality Assurance and continuous improvement. Handle risk mitigation for production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve Production issues related to quality and testing. Collaborate with various functional experts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into strong test execution plans. Work closely with developers and help them improve the quality of their deliverables through better testing practices. Job Requirement 4 to 8 years of overall testing experience. Experience in writing and executing functional & non-functional test plans/cases in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of Integration Testing. Good understanding of User Stories, Test Case Management, and BDD practices. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, Gherkin, etc. Must have solid API Testing experience. Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java) and one scripting language (e.g., Python). Good knowledge of Bug Management tools. Understanding of Agile Release Management. Awareness of Code Reviews and quality processes. Good knowledge of automation testing frameworks and products.
