Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured.
Integrate and execute automation suites through Azure Cloud CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct backend validation, database testing, and SQL query verification.
Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated test cases.
Collaborate closely with Developers, DevOps teams, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Analyse test execution results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.
Ensure adherence to automation best practices, framework scalability, and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium automation frameworks.
Solid experience in API testing using Rest Assured.
Experience working with Azure Cloud and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
Strong knowledge of database testing, SQL queries, and backend validations.
Good understanding of automation framework architecture and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
