Key Responsibilities: ? Hands-on Solution Development: Take ownership of building and implementing robust, scalable, and intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Python-based AI frameworks. This is a coding-intensive role. ? Technical Execution: Drive the end-to-end technical delivery of sophisticated AI agents and automation workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices, high-quality code, and innovative design. ? AI/ML Component Implementation: Directly implement and integrate machine learning models, NLP, computer vision, and other AI techniques (leveraging open-source Python libraries) into automation pipelines to enhance their intelligence and adaptability. ? Platform Contribution: Develop custom AI components and integrations using Python, while working with UiPath and Power Automate. ? System Integration: Handle the integration of AI agents with various enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and web services. ? Performance & Optimization Support: Assist in performance testing, optimization, and ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed agentic solutions through hands-on tuning and monitoring. ? Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as a key technical resource for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to agent configuration, execution, AI model interactions, and underlying code. ? Technical Excellence: Contribute to setting the standard for technical excellence and innovation within projects through your direct contributions and high-quality code. ? Continuous Learning: Research, experiment with, and apply emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, RPA, and related technologies to your development work. Mandatory Skills & Experience: ? Overall Experience: 3-7 years in IT, with a distinguished track record as a hands-on engineer/developer in automation and AI. ? RPA Expertise: 2+ years of intensive, hands-on experience developing complex automation solutions using UiPath. Proven ability in bot creation, testing, and deployment. ? Microsoft Power Platform: Strong, practical experience with Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows) for building and managing automated workflows. ? Python for AI/ML: Deep proficiency in Python and its ecosystem of open-source libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Langchain, or similar) for hands-on development of AI/ML models and custom automation components. ? Agentic AI Implementation: Solid, practical understanding and demonstrated experience in contributing to systems based on agentic AI principles. ? API and Service Integration: Extensive experience in personally developing integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases (strong SQL proficiency required), and other enterprise applications. ? Advanced Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a talent for dissecting and solving complex, multi-faceted technical problems in automation solutions. Desired Skills & Experience (Added Advantage): ? .NET Experience: Familiarity or prior hands-on experience with the .NET framework. ? Database Management: Advanced SQL skills and experience with various database systems. ? Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Experience with IDP tools (like UiPath Document Understanding, IQ Bot, or similar) and techniques. ? Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML services. ? US Healthcare Domain: Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry and its specific automation challenges. ? Agile Methodologies: Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments as a senior technical contributor. ? LLM Implementation: Practical, hands-on experience in integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) within automation solutions.
