Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations while supporting business objectives. Responsibilities include client and customer engagement, developing operational strategies, and maintaining service standards. Additionally, the Senior Associate will contribute to process improvements, provide guidance to team members, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills with experience in client engagement, service management, and operational strategy
• Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship management
• Ability to lead teams effectively, supporting team cohesion and mentoring team members
• Adaptability to on-site operational challenges, along with organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is highly advantageous
