Senior Associate - Technology(Dot Net Core + MongoDB)

About the Role:

At OneClick IT Consultancy P Limited, we are seeking technically strong and detail-oriented .NET professionals to join our high-performing backend team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and API development, along with hands-on experience in modern software architecture, design patterns, and containerized environments.

As a Senior Developer or Technical Lead, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and optimizing scalable backend solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using C# and .NET Core.
• Build, optimize, and deploy RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms within APIs and microservices.
• Apply dependency injection, service registration, and interface-driven architecture for clean and maintainable code.
• Use Docker or similar containerization tools to build, run, and manage applications in containerized environments.
• Employ common design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton, etc.) to ensure robust and modular architecture.
• Implement comprehensive exception handling, logging, and error management practices.
• Write and maintain unit tests (xUnit or similar) to ensure high code coverage and quality assurance.
• Work with MongoDB, including document modeling, querying, filtering, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers for end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas of optimization in design, architecture, and process.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (3.1 / 5 / 6 or above)
• Hands-on experience with API development and microservice architecture
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker)
• Deep understanding of dependency injection, interfaces, and loosely coupled design
• Familiarity with design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton, etc.)
• Strong command of exception handling and logging frameworks
• Experience in unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
• Proficiency in MongoDB – understanding documents, collections, queries, and filters
• Solid grasp of RESTful principles and modern API standards
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies is an advantage

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in Azure or AWS environments
• Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Exposure to performance tuning and scalability optimization techniques
• Prior experience leading small technical teams or acting as a mentor
