We?re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our T echnology Services Group team. This role is located in Pune. We are seeking a highly skilled motivated AI Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, As a AI infrastructure engineer include designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, evaluating technologies, developing Infrastructure support standard practices, optimizing performance and cost, collaborating with support teams, ensuring security, staying current with advancements, troubleshooting, and documenting processes to deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will combine engineering fundamentals with practical experience in AI infrastructure development, demonstrating both technical depth and the ability to deliver scalable solutions for complex AI systems. In this role, you?ll make an impact in the following ways: Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions that are secure, scalable, and optimized for AI and machine learning workloads. Collaborate with AI teams to understand computational needs and translate these into infrastructure requirements. Building and optimizing distributed training platforms using cutting-edge technologies Implementing and maintaining containerized AI environments using Docker and Kubernetes Optimizing maximum GPU utilization and performance Developing platform software to support AI/ML workflows Collaborating with AI researchers to implement efficient training and inference pipelines Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud resources to maximize performance and minimize costs. Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for AI applications. Develop automation scripts and infrastructure as code to streamline deployment and management tasks. To be successful in this role, we?re seeking the following: Technical Expertise: Graduate/Masters - Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science Years of Experience 5+ experience of software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure and systems. Proven expertise in deep learning, with a strong understanding of Generative AI models along with AI Infrastructure components Demonstrate programming skills in Python, C++, and CUDA, with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers) Have a deep understanding of neural network architectures and training methodologies Exhibit expertise in GPU programming and optimization Have experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), distributed systems and cloud computing Have experience building large-scale distributed systems and optimizing neural network performance knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Familiarity with software engineering principles and microservices architecture is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
