Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite Operations
At Principal Financial Group, we are searching for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our Hyderabad team as a Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite. Key Responsibilities
In the role of Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite, you will:
- Liaise with vendors for various service requirements including technical, housekeeping, security, helpdesk, canteen, etc.
- Coordinate with vendor supervisors for effective labor deployment and job allocation.
- Identify gaps in existing services and develop improvement plans.
- Assist guests with food and local travel coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare and adhere to planned preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
- Identify, plan, and coordinate site maintenance and repair for all equipment.
- Review delivery schedules, and verify quantity and quality before approving invoices/POs.
- Support the Facility Manager in completing budgets.
- Assess vendor partners’ performance in collaboration with the Facility Manager.
- Provide timely responses to employees' concerns and queries.
- Manage Employee Transport services, including transport tool handling, routing, and grievance management.
- Support the planning and execution of events.
- Maintain an inventory of facilities assets and equipment, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.
- Possess basic knowledge in MEP and technical activities.
- Maintain statutory compliance documentation.

- Is detail-focused and able to multitask.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A graduation degree (mandatory).
- 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Any additional certifications would be an added advantage.
