• Drive sales strategy and achieve project sales targets

• Build and manage client & channel partner relationships

• Lead site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals

✔ 6–10 years of real estate sales experience

✔ Strong network with channel partners in Hyderabad

✔ Proven track record in meeting sales targets

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
