Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with rich experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales to drive the adoption of oncology screening solutions across the assigned territory. The role involves developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, cancer centers, and corporate clients to accelerate business growth and promote early cancer detection.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for oncology screening and preventive cancer detection solutions within the assigned territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with oncologists, physicians, gynecologists, surgeons, pathologists, hospitals, cancer centers, and diagnostic laboratories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while ensuring sustainable territory growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and channel partnerships.
- Conduct scientific product presentations, CMEs, workshops, and awareness programs for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs teams to execute promotional initiatives and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
- Ensure seamless customer support by coordinating sample collection, logistics, and timely report delivery.
- Provide regular business updates and market intelligence to the State Head.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- 7–8 years of proven sales experience in Diagnostics, Oncology, Pathology, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Specialty Pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong network with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, oncologists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets and expanding territories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
