The Role
As a Senior Architectural Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Worley is seeking an experienced and versatile Mid-level Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect you will play a key role in leading the architectural design and planning processes for a wide range of industrial projects in Oil and GAS projects . This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in complex design challenges, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that shape the built environment. Working experience on both, international projects and Indian projects is an advantage.
- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives.
- Provide expertise in industrial plant and non plant building design, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and other industrial complexes.
- Develop innovative solutions that optimize space utilization, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and across project teams.
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial buildings and diverse project types, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm.
- Professional licensure as a Registered Architect with COA.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects of varying scale and complexity, with a strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and innovation.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit.
- Solid understanding of building codes and norms, regulations, and standards applicable to industrial buildings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
