The Role

As a Senior Architectural Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• Worley is seeking an experienced and versatile Mid-level Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect you will play a key role in leading the architectural design and planning processes for a wide range of industrial projects in Oil and GAS projects . This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in complex design challenges, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that shape the built environment. Working experience on both, international projects and Indian projects is an advantage.
• Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives.
• Provide expertise in industrial plant and non plant building design, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and other industrial complexes.
• Develop innovative solutions that optimize space utilization, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and across project teams.
  
  

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial buildings and diverse project types, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Architect with COA.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects of varying scale and complexity, with a strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and innovation.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit.
• Solid understanding of building codes and norms, regulations, and standards applicable to industrial buildings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
