Skills Required Technical Skills:- Hand-on proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations, Knowledge of end to end Salesforce ecosystem along with industry standard systems like HubSpot, HighSpot and Outreach etc., Agentforce Agentic AI solutions, Einstein AI. Must have coding, code review, testing and configuration experience with ability to do hand-on work. Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
