The Senior Architect role at Semac Construction Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural designs, overseeing project development, coordinating design teams, ensuring project compliance with regulations, and managing project timelines. The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, developing detailed plans, and ensuring seamless integration of design with construction goals and client expectations.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and execution capabilities.
• Experience with Integration techniques to ensure seamless alignment between design and other project components.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting project deadlines.
• Knowledge of software tools and applications relevant to architecture and design.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; additional certifications or training are an advantage.
