Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation in line with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and technical details using industry-standard design software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, organizational standards, and project specifications.
• Review design drawings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify design implementation, and resolve site-related issues.
• Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, and preparation of technical specifications.
• Support project planning by ensuring timely delivery of design milestones and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to address design clarifications during execution.
• Contribute to design improvements, value engineering, and continuous enhancement of architectural quality and project outcomes.
