Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Hauz Khas. The Senior Architect will lead designs and coordinate architectural projects, ensure accurate implementation of architectural concepts, and oversee project development. Responsibilities include managing teams, liaising with clients, integrating design elements effectively, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and structural standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of design principles and practices
Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to oversee teams, timelines, and deliverables
Experience in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design and project execution
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Proven experience in leading large-scale architectural projects
Proficiency in relevant design and architectural software tools
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and sustainability practices is a plus
